The order can be canceled within 2 hours of placing order.

As these are the customized jewelry so wouldn’t be able to cancel it after the 2 hours.

Want Open Delivery?

Silvercut doesn’t provide open delivery, because the shipping is done with 3rd party logistics and they do not allow open delivery of any shipment. But don’t worry, Trust us and take the shipment, you will get exactly what you ordered, If you face any type of issue with the product. Our customer service team is always there to help you!

Can I change my Payment Mode?

  • Yes, Payment mode can be changed from COD to PREPAID (All prepaid benefits will be applied)
  • This can be done before and also after dispatch of the shipment

What is the delivery time for my Order?

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours (Non-Personalized), maximum time taken for orders to be shipped is 2-3 days.

For the Customized Jewelry the order takes 10-12 days to get processed in which 5-7 days are for customization and 3-4 days are for delivery. Still, some designs of jewelry take more time than usual.

Once the orders are shipped, it takes 1-5 working days to be delivered to any location in India (depending upon your geographical location)

Delivery time varies from Country to Country (If the order is from Out of India)

Want to order a design that is not in Silvercut’s catalogue?

We here at Silvercut have several different designs of jewelry that you will love, but, if you have any other design in your mind then just show us an image of that and we will make it for you. Our manufacturing team here try their one hundred percent to match the design according to your expectation, however, sometimes we do not claim to make it the same as you have shown us, because of several reasons like design, curves, etc.

Returns and Replacements

Do you accept Replacements?

As we believe in Customer’s Satisfaction as our priority, Silvercut provide Door to Door replacements (The Shipment will be picked from your door and will be delivered to you Door)

Replacement Procedure will be initiated in 24-48 hours.

Free replacement can be requested in the following condition applied – Item received is physically damaged; Item received has missing parts or accessories; or Item received is defective/does not work properly.

Customers need to contact us, within 3 days of delivery.

After the procedure is initiated, it must be completed within 7 days.

Do you accept returns?

As an important part of our value chain, we accepts returns. Product can be returned only if found defective or not as described. Customers need to contact within 3 days of Delivery If the option for replacement is available, it will be prioritised.

Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 3-5 days after we receive parcel and process your return

I received the wrong product. What do I do?

We ask all customers to check your original orders and compare your product against the website when you receive it. If you believe you received the wrong item, or your order is damaged, please contact us within, so we can work with you to correct the issue.

My order arrived damaged
