4. Product Information & Accuracy

Silvercut strives to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Due to the handcrafted nature of some jewelry or variations in computer monitors, the actual product’s colour, size, or appearance may slightly vary from the images displayed on the Site. All products are subject to availability.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The final price will be confirmed at checkout. We accept various payment methods, including major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking, processed securely through third-party payment gateways. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment is due upon delivery. Silvercut does not store your complete payment card details.

6. Ordering & Contract Formation

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the products. Upon receiving your order, we will send an order confirmation email, which is an acknowledgment of your order receipt and does not signify our acceptance. The contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation email. Silvercut reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraudulent activity.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location within India. Typical delivery times are [e.g., 5-7 business days]. Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly indicated at checkout. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Silvercut pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. 8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery, subject to our Return Policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Customized jewelry, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and items purchased during a sale may be non-returnable.
